Cancellations, Late Policy & Refunds:
Most appointments and consultations are set up in advance, so please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

A reminder message is sent the day prior to your appointment. Please reply to this message to confirm the appointment. If we do not receive a confirmation from you by 8pm (at the latest), the day before your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and any deposit you put down will be lost.

If you do not respond to your reminder message until the day of your appointment, even if its a: "yes, ill be coming", it is still cancelled, and you'd need to reach out to re-book.
If you do not respond to your reminder message until the day of your appointment with: "no, you will not be attending", and you wish to re-book, the fees are the same as a no call/no show. Please reach out before you re-book.

If you let us know at least 24 hours prior (Or at a reasonable time the day before - Ex: If your appointment is on Sunday at 12pm, and you let us know Saturday at 4pm, that is fine. Dont wait til 11:30pm on Saturday to let us know you cant come.), we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
We allow for one, on time, reschedule before we ask for an extra deposit to keep your space, since it is still potentially time lost if there is no client to fill your spot.

If you are a no call / no show, or you do not let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment you can not attend, your deposit will be kept as compensation for the businesses lost time.
If you wish to re-book you will need to pay for the service in full along with a $40 re-booking fee, prior to your appointment.

We offer one free consultation. If you are unable to make your free consultation there is a $20 fee, if you still wish to have a consultation.
​
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to move your appointment to a different day/time. We do not want to inconvenience our other clients who would need to wait longer because the previous client was late. If you are going to be late due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late (if we have the extra time to still take you), are subject to a $20 late fee added on to their total cost.
If you are over 15 minutes late and we need to reschedule, you are also subject to a $20 re-booking fee.
For every 15 minutes you are late, $20 is added on to your total (if we have the extra time to still take you).
30 minutes: $40
45 minutes: $60
Etc.
If we need to reschedule, its the amount of time you were late, plus the $20 booking fee. [30 minutes late plus the $20 booking is an extra $60 on top of your total.]

Clients more than 15 minutes late will also lose any deposit and it will not go toward your total.
​
Moral of the story is, do not be late. Plan your trip accordingly.
We do not mind if you are early. Its much better than being late.
If you are going to be late due to unforeseen circumstances, let us know ASAP, and how late you will be.
If you can not attend your appointment, let us know ASAP.

No Refunds.
Site deposits of $20 are not refunded.
If you cancel in an appropriate time before your appointment, the deposit is kept on file for retainer if you wish to reschedule.
